I stayed for 3 nights in a King Room with Balcony, Oceanfront. The pools are really well done, and the staff at Aqua were super friendly! The breakfast was tasty, although I expected more options. A bummer was that the phone in the room didn’t work, which was frustrating. The poolside snack bar was a nice touch, though!

It was a good pick for a short interlude in San Juan with good value. The pool area was nice, but still had dead palm trees. For a better experience, consider the food options nearby as they have better hours and choices.
